Volcom’s VQS Greatwhite Surf Series – The Lane, Santa Cruz, CA
The Greatwhite Surf Series went off this past weekend in fun 4-6 ft conditions at world famous steamer lane. When we arrived at the Lane in the pitch black and the freezing cold we were greeted by frothing children ready to get their surf on! The sun began to rise and with everyone ready to go we threw the Grom’s into the water and sounded the horn. The crowd filled in up and down West Cliff Drive and with the burritos on the way from Chipotle and the people were ready to get their eat on. The day rolled along perfect and before we new it, it was time for the finals. The finalists were so pumped to get their hands on all the prizes from ELECTRIC VISUAL,GLOBE SHOES, and many more…
